Every first and third Tuesday of each month, Hartford Healthcare’s Neighborhood Health Clinic opens its doors here at 277 Main Street, to provide much needed medical treatment, direction and assistance to individuals that may have limited access, less fortunate, residentially or transportationally hindered, and more. Administering shots, checkups, referrals, tests, vaccines, and more…the Neighborhood Health Clinic is looking out for those in the community that feel like no one is looking out for them.
