The Neighborhood Health Clinic presented by Hartford HealthCare is OPEN right here at 277 Main St. in Hartford, every 2nd & 4th TUESDAY of the month!

The HHC Neighborhood Health Clinic provides services in ‘The Elmore Room’, downstairs here at South Church, with accessibility through the South entrance (Chapel/Gray Hall side of the building). The clinic offers medical care, referral and consultation to those struggling with homelessness, addiction, mental & physical ailments, financial burden, etc. Many of the less fortunate forgo medical attention due to fear of stigma, the lack of accessibility, lack of insurance, transportation…the list goes on.

Through the efforts of HHC, as well as our mission here at South Church to tend to the sick, the tired, the homeless, the scared, and the hungry, we hope that together we can make a positive impact in the lives of our all of our neighbors here in Hartford, regardless of their walk of life.
