Kids Klub is our afterschool program that focuses on helping children succeed academically. Every Wednesday afternoon from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm volunteers help children with their homework for one hour and then guide kids through the rest of the program which includes: games, snacks, life skills, and Bible stories.
Our Sunday school program is for children K-6th grade and is held from 9:30 am – 10:30 am where study the Bible, share, and enjoy crafts, games and fun. “It is a sin to bore children with the Gospel!” – Vicki Huffman, Director of Children & Family Ministry. Throughout the school year, breakfast is served for children and youth at 10:30 am.
Third Day takes place during the 11:00 am worship service. After joining with the larger congregation for worship in song, prayer and the Children’s message, children 1st grade to 6th grade are then invited to Third Day where they read the Word, have a Bible lesson, enjoy a snack and play with friends.
Our nursery is a fun place for children to visit while their parents are attending worship. Young children will find games, puzzles, videos and toys to play with that coincide with the Sunday school lesson but, most importantly, they will experience God’s love through the patient, faithful and dedicated staff there. The nursery is for children newborn up to 5 years old. Parents are given a pager so that they may be contacted quietly if needed during the worship service.
Every summer we send youth (ages 7 to 12) and leaders for a week of fun and spiritual growth. Summer camp experiences change lives forever. You do not want to miss this amazing opportunity!
We also hold special events throughout the year like our Advent Celebration, Easter Family Celebration, Fall Festival, game nights, ice skating and more. Keep checking back for more information.
